Dear Sir - I purchased a pedal board from COBI only eight years ago and am disappointed to report that after only 426 gigs the equipment is showing signs of excessive wear and is starting to malfunction. Whilst this is clearly the sort of story that Watchdog would be very interested in hearing about I am prepared to give COBI the benefit of the doubt. I would ideally like to return the equipment and trust it will be replaced on a new for old basis without quibble. I look forward to hearing from in due course regarding collection arrangements.
